1. About us

Jewellery House sells jewellery online in Pakistan. You can reach us any time at jewelleryhouse828@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 313 7973828.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order at checkout we create an order ID for you and open WhatsApp with your order already written out. You send that message to us, and we reply to confirm the pieces, the total and the delivery time. An order is only confirmed once we have replied — a message you have not sent, or one we have not answered, is not yet an order.

You do not need an account. Your bag and wishlist are kept on your own device, so they stay only as long as your browser keeps them.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where they apply. The total is worked out at checkout using the price shown at that moment.

• Delivery is a flat PKR 250 anywhere in Pakistan.
• Delivery is free on orders of PKR 50,000 or more.
• Prices can change. The price charged is the one shown when you place the order, not any earlier price.

4. Payment

Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery — you hand over the money when the parcel reaches you. We do not take card details on this website. Online payment by card, JazzCash and Easypaisa is planned and will be described here when it is live.

If a parcel is refused or the payment is not made when it is delivered, we may decline future cash-on-delivery orders from the same details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Your phone number must be one you can be reached on, because the rider or courier will call you. Delivery times depend on your city and are confirmed by us on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Once the parcel is handed to you, you become responsible for it. Please check the pieces while the delivery person is still there and tell them straight away if something is wrong.

6. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order any time before it is dispatched — just message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Once a parcel has left us, the returns and exchanges below apply instead.

7. Returns and exchanges

Because every piece is handled individually, returns are considered case by case. If a piece arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 313 7973828 or email jewelleryhouse828@gmail.com with your order ID and photographs of the piece and its packaging, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pieces that have been worn or altered cannot be returned. Our full returns policy will be published on the Shipping & Returns page.

8. Stock

The stock shown on the website is our best record at the time, and a piece can sell out before an order is confirmed. If a piece in your order is no longer available, we will tell you on WhatsApp and either offer a similar piece or remove that item from your total. We may cancel an order in these circumstances, and nothing further is owed by either side.

9. Product information

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Slight differences in colour, shine or size can happen because of lighting, screen settings, and the hand-finished nature of jewellery. Stone descriptions are our honest assessment and are not a laboratory certificate unless we say so.

10. Using this website

You may use this website for your own shopping. You must not copy, resell or automatically harvest its content, prices or images, interfere with how it works, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The name, logo, photographs and design of Jewellery House belong to us.

11. Your details and privacy

We use the name, phone number, address and notes you give us only to deliver your order and to reply to you. How your information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Responsibility

Where the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that do not come from our failure to deliver what we promised, and nothing here limits rights you cannot give up by law.

13. These terms may change

We may update these terms as the store grows — for example when online payments arrive. The version shown on this page applies to any order placed after it was posted.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
